Agreement to these terms

By using the COR5 website, device, or app (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

What we provide

COR5 provides:

• The COR5 wellness device — available as a handheld and a wearable
• The COR5 app for viewing your measurements, scores, and trends
• Secure cloud storage and processing for your data
• Wellness insights based on your own measurements
• Customer support and educational content

Medical disclaimer & limitations

Not a medical device

COR5 has not been evaluated or cleared by the FDA. The device and Services are for general wellness and fitness only. They are not intended to:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease
• Replace professional medical advice or consultation
• Measure blood pressure or provide clinical or diagnostic measurements
• Be relied on in a medical emergency or critical health situation

Consult a professional

Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional about any health concern, and before making significant changes to your fitness or health routine based on COR5 data.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Give accurate information when you sign up or contact us
• Keep your login details secure
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or damage the hardware or software
• Follow the instructions provided with the device
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Plans & billing

Subscriptions

COR5 offers subscription plans — Basic, Pro, and Team — with different features. Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until you cancel.

30 days of Pro included

Every device includes 30 days of Pro free. After 30 days you choose Basic or Pro; if you don’t choose, your plan defaults to Basic.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Intellectual property

COR5 — including its content, features, designs, and technology — is owned by COR5 Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
• Use our name, logo, or branding without permission
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our algorithms or methods

Your data

You own your data. We use it to provide and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve our products. We never sell your personal or physiological data.

Warranty & returns

Limited warranty

COR5 devices come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn’t cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse or accidents
• Liquid exposure beyond the device’s rated limits
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Returns

Pre-orders are fully refundable until shipping begins. After a device ships, you may return it within 30 days in its original condition for a refund.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COR5 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data, or use — arising from your use of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll flag significant changes in the app or by email, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
