Our commitment

COR5 Inc. works to provide an accessible experience for all users. We keep improving the experience for everyone and apply recognized accessibility standards across our website and applications.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines help make content more usable for people with a range of disabilities, including:

• Visual — blindness, low vision, color blindness
• Hearing — deafness and hard of hearing
• Motor — limited fine-motor control
• Cognitive — learning differences and memory

On our website

• Semantic HTML structure for screen-reader compatibility
• Keyboard navigation for interactive elements
• Visible focus indicators
• A skip-to-content link
• Color contrast that meets WCAG AA
• Descriptive link and button text, and alt text for images
• Text that resizes up to 200% without breaking the layout

In the app

We are building the COR5 app to support:

• VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android)
• Large text and dynamic type
• High-contrast mode
• Voice control and switch control
• Adjustable animation and reduced-motion settings

The device

COR5 comes as a handheld and a wearable, and we are designing it with accessibility in mind:

• Multiple wearing positions for different needs
• Clear visual and audible confirmation when a measurement succeeds
• Vibration alerts alongside on-screen feedback

Ongoing improvements

• Regular accessibility audits and testing
• Feedback and testing with assistive technologies
• Accessibility considered in our design process
• Input from accessibility specialists and disabled users

Known limitations

We’re honest about where we still have work to do:

• Some data visualizations need fuller text alternatives
• Complex charts are being improved for screen readers
• Captioning and other video features are being expanded

We’re actively working on these and welcome your feedback.
