Frequently asked questions

When will COR5 be available?

We have not announced a delivery date yet. COR5 is moving toward its first production release, and Early Access members will be among the first to receive updates as availability and reservation dates are confirmed.

What does joining COR5 Early Access mean?

Joining Early Access keeps you informed as COR5 moves toward launch and gives you priority notice when reservations become available. There is no purchase commitment required to join.

Do I need to pay anything to join Early Access?

No. Joining COR5 Early Access is free and does not require a deposit or payment. We may offer Early Access members the opportunity to reserve a device once our production timeline is confirmed.

Does joining Early Access guarantee me a COR5 device?

Not yet. Early Access gives you priority notice when reservations open. A device is only secured once reservations become available and you complete the reservation process.

Will COR5 require a subscription?

COR5 will offer different software experiences depending on how deeply you want to test and analyze your training. Basic will cover the core readiness, training, recovery, and trend experience, while Pro will add deeper testing and interpretation. Final subscription packages and pricing will be confirmed before reservations open.

Do I need to wear COR5 all day or while I sleep?

No. COR5 is designed around short structured tests and targeted measurement around training. You use it when the measurement matters rather than relying only on continuous passive tracking.

How long does COR5 take to build my personal baseline?

COR5 begins giving you useful context from your first tests and builds a more personalized baseline through repeated, consistent use. The current experience is designed around establishing that baseline over approximately 10 days.

Is COR5 a medical device?

No. COR5 is a wellness and performance product for athletes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition.

What do Early Access members receive?

Early Access members receive priority launch updates and priority notice when reservations open. If you later purchase COR5, your device will include 3 months of COR5 Pro at no additional cost.

What is COR5 Performance Lab?

Performance Lab is COR5’s most advanced analysis experience. It lets you select tests, ARC checkpoints, dates, and a report focus — or enter your own question — and generate a custom longitudinal report from your COR5 history.

What is Training ARC?

Training ARC connects your state before training, your response during the session, and your recovery afterward into one complete performance picture.

Can COR5 work without an internet connection?

Yes. COR5 can record and store data on the device when a connection is unavailable, then sync the data when connectivity returns.
